Doctor Samuel Bezzina studied at the University of Malta, where he read a degree in Bachelor of Laws with European Studies. He was awarded the Diploma of Notary Public and subsequently graduated as a Doctor of Laws. After undergoing training with one of Malta's largest and leading Law firms, he undertook notarial practice in terms of Maltese Law and was awarded with the Warrant to practice as Notary Public as well as a Commissioner for Oaths. Subsequently, Notary Bezzina started operating from an office in the heart of Mosta with twenty years of experience. He is fluent in various languages including Maltese, English, Italian, French and Spanish.
